To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase should also be provided for us to process the claim.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any delivery charges or associated cost in connection with the purchase, unless there is an error on our side.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as bicycle inner tubes and tyres cannot be returned, unless developed a fault. For hygiene and safety reasons, we also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Items, that have been altered or customised in any way will need to be inspected, as customisation may void your warranty and therefore items may not be covered. In any instance, please contact us directly. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase or delivery

REFUNDS (if applicable)

We only replace new items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for any other reason, send us an email at info@cyclespirit.com. CINELLI KING ZYDECO GRX DISC GRAVEL BIKE 2021

The Cinelli King Zydeco GRX Disc Gravel Bike makes use of Shimano’s gravel-specific GRX single groupset and hydraulic brakes to provide crisp shifting and great chain retention. Internal routing ensures the frame looks clean and keeps the cables out of harm’s way. Cinelli’s dual response system keeps the lower part of the frame stiff for more efficient power transfer whilst still retaining compliance in the upper part to reduce fatigue and increase control.

Tyre clearance is 700c x 42c or 650b x 2.1”, giving plenty of options depending on the terrain and the fork features a flip-chip that alters the rake from 47mm to 52mm so that the handling can be fine-tuned.
